MUZLIVE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") complies with applicable U.S. privacy laws and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and makes best efforts to protect the rights and interests of users by establishing this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to the KiTbetter Connect (KiTbetter Order & Distribution) Shopify application ("App"). It governs the collection, use, and protection of the personal information of Merchants (also referred to as "Artists") who install and use the App, as well as the limited personal information of the Merchants' own customers that the Company processes on the Merchants' behalf for order fulfillment.

This Privacy Policy shall come into effect from April 13, 2026.

Article 1 (Introduction)

MUZLIVE Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KiTbetter Connect application. In this Privacy Policy, a business that installs and uses the App is referred to as a "Merchant." This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information required for App installation, service operation, order fulfillment, and tax exemption management. Such collection is conducted with prior notice and consent from users through the App installation and account connection process.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

• App Installation and Account Management
  • Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying Merchant identity, maintaining App access, preventing unauthorized use, and providing service-related notifications.
• Order Fulfillment
  • Personal information is processed for the purpose of routing orders to KiTbetter's Print on Demand fulfillment network and updating tracking information.
• Tax Exemption Management
  • California Resale Certificate documents uploaded by the Merchant are collected and processed for the purpose of reviewing and approving sales tax exemption for eligible California-based Merchants.
• Service Improvement
  • App usage records, API call logs, and error data are automatically collected for the purposes of debugging, performance monitoring, and improving service quality.

Article 3 (Customer Personal Data Processed on Behalf of Merchants)

In the course of fulfilling orders, the App receives personal information belonging to the Merchant's own customers — specifically the customer's name and shipping address — solely to route and ship orders.

• The Company processes this information only on the Merchant's behalf and under the Merchant's instructions.
• The Company does not use this information for any other purpose and does not sell it.
• The Company retains it only as long as required to complete fulfillment and to meet the legal retention periods stated in this Policy.
